The Barker Baker found her passion for baking through attending a baking course provided by a community project related to the Greater Manchester Probation Service. As a result she started The Barker Baker – a fantastic bakers, selling artisan loaves made from locally sourced stone-ground flour and 100% natural ingredients and a social enterprise that supports ex offenders with a variety of issues, helping them to build positive, productive futures. This is the cornerstone of The Barker Baker.
