We truly have a spring in our step this April (excuse the pun)!

This Easter weekend we have a whole host of talented traders, foodies, brewers and live music and temperatures are expected to reach double digits!

As always, you can pick up all the grocery staples you need to enjoy this wonderful time of year… from fresh, sourdough loaves, focaccia and fruit buns from S0Lo Bread, an array of high quality cheeses and Wintertarn’s infamous butter and double yolker eggs from Mcauley’s Cheesemonger to award-winning mushrooms from Get Fungi.

Alongside these grocery must haves we have a chance for you to sample some of the North West’s finest street food! To name just a few… we have hand-rolled sourdough pizza from Rowen Tree Kitchen, zesty, smokey mexican delights from Meksikan, the return of delicious traditional Indian from Spicy Baby and market favourite Spot on Pani Puri…. plus many more waiting to be devoured!

All of our hot and cold food is perfectly washed down with the ‘beer of the week’ special pint or a freshly mixed cocktail from our Market Bar or a heart warming tea or coffee from Coffee Cranks.

To finish on a sweet note, enjoy homemade, decorative sweet treats from Marzipan, perfectly whipped tiramisu and sweet cannoli from Paradiso Authentic Italian and artisanal ice cream from Exclusive Scoop!

Once you have something warm in your belly and sweet on your tongue it’s time to browse over 35 independent traders joining us this weekend. From the return of skyline illustrator Christopher Walster, homeware queen Abbey Lou Designs, fragrant candles and skincare from Hedonist to appearances from new additions including non-binary artist Wacky Doodle Devon and Olive & Dixie with their beautiful hand-crafted wooden gifts… plus many more waiting to be discovered!

If this wasn’t enough to tempt you down we have Mr Novembre returning to the Levy Market stage with his folksy, soothing songs! You won’t want to miss it!

Keep an eye on our socials for the full line-up!
