We’re back! The time has finally come! The first Levenshulme Market of 2019 will be held on Saturday 2nd March, 10am to 4pm on the Levenshulme train station car park, M19 3AB.
We’re beyond excited to announce our first market date of the year! It’s our sixth year as a social enterprise market, and we are so very proud and happy to be back again after our winter break. We’ve been SUPER busy over the last two months planning amazing stall lists, live music, kids fun and plenty of collaborations with our incredible community.
Live music from the Pagans S.O.H- 1pm
We’re back with a proper bang too, as we’ve got live music from the West Midlands band The Pagans – Shepherds of Humanity (S.O.H) at 1pm. These guys are bringing a
hip-hop/funk/punk/ska/metal/jazz/reggae fusion that promises to be absolutely bloody awesome – click here for more details and for our full programme of entertainment for March.
Manchester Irish Festival 2019 launches with performance from the award-winning Fianna Phadraig Pipe Band
We’ve also got a special treat in-store for you, as the award-winning Fianna Phadraig Pipe Band (who celebrated their 70th anniversary last year) will be performing at the market from 12 to 12.30pm. After their performance, the band will launch their exhibition ‘Attymass to Ashford Castle’ in Fred’s Ale House.
