Saturday 22nd May – Levy Market Shop & Go – All the Stalls

All the details for our award-winning market in Levenshulme on Saturday 22nd May, 10am to 4pm. Find us on the Levenshulme train station car park, M19 3AB.

With loads of restaurants, pubs and cafes re-opening this week, what better way to pass your Saturday than a slap-up lunch somewhere in Levy followed by a mooch around the market and then off to the pub.

You can pick up some of your essentials this Saturday, with cheeses, eggs and butter from Winter Tarn, pies, pasties and sausage rolls from HMPasties, soaps and other bathroom products from Wild Venus, and wine and olive oil from VinoBuono.

We’re also thrilled to be launching MARKET SAUCE, our brand new collaboration with DevilDog Sauces who are based right here in Levy – we put our heads together (in a socially distanced manner) and decided that what Levenshulme needs this summer is a fitting accompaniment to the picnics and barbecues we’ll all be tucking into while we’re all outdoors over the next few weeks and months. You’ll need to be quick though – they’re a limited edition. All the info here.

This week you can also find secondhand books from Greenhouse Books, garden planters from Box Simple, handmade clothing and accessories for adults and kids from The Gingham Flamingo and Lollipop Vintage, handmade teddy bears from Stitch Sisters, pet supplies from Goody Paws and a whole wee universe of indie shopping.

For your weekend sweet treats, we have ice cream from Ginger’s Comfort Emporium, cookies and cakes from Swan Kitchens, and the almighty Lush with what we can only term the nation’s finest brownies.

And for your luxury lunchtime, you’ll find Indian street food from Chiit Chaat, grilled cheese sandwiches from Rack, crunchy corn tacos from Crunched and loads more.

And REMEMBER, while hospitality may be opening up, for the time being we’re still being cautious and running things with our Shop & Go model, which means a one-in-one-out system for customers. Please follow our guidelines below, avoid eating, drinking or congregating when you visit and then exiting with your purchases so other can enter and enjoy the market. If you’re new to Levy Market Shop & Go you can find out more info here.

Please remember to follow our guidance to make sure you and everyone else stays safe. Although there’s no legal requirement for people to wear face coverings when outdoors we do advise customers do so.
