There’s simply no denying it: November has arrived and seems unlikely to leave, at least for the next three weeks. We are now in deepest autumn. Has there ever been a better time to invest in some brand new knitwear? Well, get ready to thank your lucky stars because this Saturday we’ll have some chunky hats and scarves from Dr Zinksy, knitted babywear from KnitSoPlainJane and even some crocheted Christmas decorations from Cottonopolis.
You can consolidate this cosiness with streetfood from the likes of MaNow, The Otto-men, Vegan House Foods and others. We’ll also have live music, our usual pop-up bar, all your shopping needs and some lovely community vibes – perfect for autumn.
This Saturday we’re also absolutely thrilled to be joined by none other than guitar legend George Fell!
George has been mesmerising audiences across the UK for over a decade with his singular clawhammer fingerpicking technique. Bez from Happy Mondays has described him as ‘The best 12 string guitarist you’ll hear in your life’. He has worked with DJ Yoda, Zed Bias, Levelz and the Mouse Outfit and performed at Glastonbury, Bestival, Boomtown Fair, Camden Jazz Cafe, Sage Gateshead and many more. His refreshing approach to the guitar leaves audiences captivated and exhilarated.
