All the details for our award-winning market in Levenshulme on Saturday 7th March, 10am to 4pm. Find us on the Levenshulme train station car park, M19 3AB.
We’re back, baby! If you’ve spent the past few weekends champing at the bit for your favourite local market, or if you’ve only recently come across us as we’re now OFFICIALLY the UK’s best small outdoor market: THE LONG WAIT IS OVER.
Levy Market returns on Saturday 7th March with an utter beast of a Saturday line-up, jam packed with all your firm favourites alongside a raft of brand new traders destined to become your equally firm future favourites.
So what can you expect? We’ll have street food from Halloumination, Slurp, Crackle & Pop, Meksikan and Little Yeti, among many others; ice-cream from Ginger’s Comfort Emporium (look out for their scratch cards, specially produced to celebrate their tenth birthday!); vintage and handmade clothing and accessories from M60, Lost Blue Heaven and Where the Flowers Grow; organic, locally grown fruit and vegetables from Reddy Lane Market Garden, cheese, butter and eggs from Winter Tarn Dairy, and traditional native breed meats from Savin Hill; and a dizzying range of artwork, crafts and pottery from some of the north west’s finest makers.
As if all that wasn’t enough, we’ll also have wine on tap, fresh from the barrel, from VinoBuono, handmade biodegradable cosmetics from Inspiré, and soap and bath products from Soap Gal X which we just know will blow your socks off.
Live music comes from Ideal Forgery, one of Manchester’s most popular up and coming bands, their instantly recognisable sound combining cello melodies and gritty basslines. Fresh from their string of sell-out performances at The Deaf Institute, Manchester Academy, The Ruby Lounge and Night and Day Cafe, they’ll be performing from 12.30pm.
