This weekend’s market is a Mother’s Day Special!
As it’s Mother’s Day this weekend we’ll be joined by local artist Chloe White who’ll be running a free workshop for kids, helping them make cards and origami boxes for those mothers and special others. Come and join in 11am-2pm.
You’ll also find the Science Buskers AKA the outreach team from the University of Manchester’s Physics department. They’ll be with us with a bounty of fun tricks and experiments all designed to bring the magic of science to life.
And as ever we’ll have some of the North West’s best street food – Sri Lankan eats from Archchi’s, vegan West African food from Gwafuvegan, loaded burritos from Meksikan and plenty more.
You’ll also find ice cream from Ginger’s Comfort Emporium, handcrafted doughnuts from The Doughnuteers, brownies from Lush Brownies and handcrafted artisan chocolates from Sugarspun Chocolatier.

We’re also excited to welcome Butternut Box back to the market along with their popular fresh dog food.
