It’s with a heavy heart we have finally reached our last market of the year before we take a break.
Although we’re extremely sad to be pausing trading, we wish to focus on the positives and provide our loved traders and community with a brilliant finish… one which will highlight to everyone just how popular and valuable Levenshulme Market is.
So if you cherish the market and the people that make it so special do join us this weekend for a celebration of all things independent and community.
You can pick up quality cheeses, Wintertarn’s infamous butter and double yolker eggs from Mcauley’s Cheesemonger and a hand-baked, Scandi-inspired fresh loaf from Bree’osh Bakery.
Sample a selection of the North West’s finest street food from right here in our beloved car park. Look forward to gourmet burgers, peri-peri fries and spicy wings from Bon Street Food, traditional Polish street-food including tasty topped baguettes and Polish pancakes from Zapp, scrumptious West African vegan food including plantain and puff puffs from Gwafuvegan and tempting small plates from The Samosa Guy!
We’ll be collaborating with another brilliant bar for our final market and we can’t recommend highly enough to stop by and see Zym at Coffee Cranks to soak up his wide smile and grab a fair trade cuppa.
Need something sweet? Grab a specialist tart, cake or profiteroles from Cakesy, artisan brownies, blondies, cookies and tray bakes from The Little Cakery, fluffy doughnuts from new trader The Delicious Dough Co or an ice cream from Exclusive Scoop.
Once you have something warm in your belly and sweet on your tongue it’s time to browse a collection of independent traders joining us for this special, last weekend. We have a line-up that includes fragrance, candles and home accessories from Last Ember, handmade children’s clothes and accessories from Stacy’s Unique Boutique, pre-loved and upcycled fashion from Eli Restitch, bold and funky polymer jewellery from Melonade Earrings and gallery wall worthy prints from Doodles of Beamish, Arboretum Print and Bejojoart to name just a handful of brilliant independents joining us.
And as always we’ll have plenty of seating and top tunes playing all day!
