Something very exciting (and potentially explosive) is coming to Levy Market on Saturday 10th November! We’re delighted to have the Science Buskers from the University of Manchester’s Physics Outreach group (UMPO) joining us to carry out some experiments!
Expect fun, entertaining demonstrations of physics, from the biggest stuff in the universe right down to the smallest things we can look at, all right in front of you.
A friendly and enthusiastic team of Science Buskers will show you some breathtaking experiments, whilst also explaining the interesting and useful physics behind them. Bring the kids, bring everyone!
We’ll also have art along with science, as John Pindar Arts is on hand as always with brilliant stencils, plenty of colours and a good dash of encouragement and inspiration for the little ones. Just £1 a child, so bargain fun as always.
AND LOOK AT THE STALL LIST – it’s a corker! Shop small, shop local and perhaps even get a start on your Christmas shopping, all while tucking into some of Manchester’s best street food. We’re so excited for this market!
