Stall Line-up – Levy – 14th November 2015

Our food and drink market for the month will take place on Saturday 14th November 2015, 10am to 4pm, on the Levenshulme train station car park.

BRRR!! It may be a bit blustery and damp outside, but we’ve got just the ticket to warm those cockles! Not actual cockles, but LOADS of delicious hot food, comforting snacks and naughty sweet treats, plus foodie presents for those on a Christmas shopping mission – from divine coffee beans to delicious hampers of jams, preserves and even gourmet canned fish.

November’s food and drink special boasts a feast of authentic Greek snacks, traditional British pie ‘n’ peas, Mauritian fritters, gourmet mac and cheese, supreme burgers and wood-fired homemade pizza. For pud, there’s loadsa cake, marshmallow treats and East African hot doughnuts with fruit sauces, and you can grab a hot coffee (ask for a reusable green mug) or a cheeky pint at the bar to bring a bit of colour to your cheeks. Don’t mind if we do!

As always, you can stock up on your staples – buy freshly baked bread, cheese, eggs, butter, meat and fresh, locally grown organic vegetables. If you have any donations for Burnage Foodbank, please drop them off at the green gazebo as usual – thanks!
