Hear that? That’s the sound of the sunshine heading our way! After an extended detour into rainy misery, the summer is set to resume this week, culminating in a Saturday filled with what we like to call classic market weather.
And what a market we have awaiting you, with brand new traders and firm familiar faves. There will be pocket money picks in the form of crocheted cuties from Jelly Mode, educational exercise from Focus Lane Books, handmade pencil cases and scrunchies from Hanmade by HaHa, and loads more.
And for those all-important sweet treats, as well as ice-cream from Ginger’s Comfort Emporium, we’ll also have two new traders joining us: mini pancakes and waffle sticks from Sweet Fix MCR and cupcakes, brownies, cookies and more from Darth Baker.
As usual, weekly staples will also be on hand, such as cheese, eggs and butter from Winter Tarn, skincare products and other bathroom products from Esperanza Beauty, Italian wine and olive oil on tap from VinoBuono, spice mixes from Nasruddin’s Kitchen, teas and coffees from CTBeas, and pies, pasties and sausage rolls from HMPasties.
You’ll also find include secondhand books from Greenhouse Books, concrete homewares from Anie Studio, handmade notebooks from EtLibri, vintage clothing for children from Little Orme, and loads more. See below for the full list of stalls.
And for your street food Saturday, you’ll find pizza, calzone and salted doughnuts from Cibus, momos and other Nepalese wonders from The Little Yeti and Greek Cypriot food from Greek Kitchen.
And REMEMBER, until next week, Covid regulations remain in place which means we’re remaining cautious and keeping our Shop & Go model in place. Please follow our guidelines below, avoid eating, drinking or congregating when you visit and then exiting with your purchases so other can enter and enjoy the market. If you’re new to Levy Market Shop & Go you can find out more info here.
