Christmas Night Market – Friday 17th December – Levenshulme Market- All the Stalls

All the details for our night market in Levenshulme on Friday 17th November, 5pm to 9pm. Find us on the Levenshulme train station car park, M19 3AB.

This is it. The big one. We’ll be popping up with a night market on Friday to say farewell to 2021 and hello to Christmas, with some top notch street food, drinks, live music and shopping, not to mention family fun, fresh air and friendly faces.

This is our final market of the year, meaning it’s your last chance to get yourself down to Levy train station car park and support small local businesses.

Fancy a festive foodie street-feast? You simply cannot go wrong this Friday, with wursts from Sausage Swing Grill, vegan Mauritian street food from MCStreetFood, fresh paella from London-based trader TopTapas. local salt-cured beef legends Pastrami Now and LOADS more.

We’ll also have our very own Levy Market Bar serving up ale, beer, wine, prosecco, spirits as well as lashings of warming mulled wine, and Levenshulme’s own Kaffe and Kaka will also be with us serving up their Scandinavian coffees and other hot drinks.

For sweet treats, you’ll find brownies from Lush Brownies, award-winning ice cream from Ginger’s Comfort Emporium and cakes, bakes and other sweet treats from Heaven Bakery.

This is also your final chance to stock up on market cheese for Christmas – Winter Tarn will be with us with their unbeatable and expertly curated selection of cheeses, butter and eggs.

It’s also the last opportunity you’ll have to get your Christmas wine from Vinobuono. Remember, at Levy Market you’ll find incredible Italian wine on tap, meaning you can bring your own enormous bottle and get it filled up at a discounted rate.

Still not got your Christmas shopping in order? Fear not! We’ll have some top notch makers selling their products – artwork by local superstar LocalHotelParking, knitwear from Knit Yours, kids’ books from Bush Baby Books and plenty more.

For entertainment, we’ll have our Three Minute Portraits booth returns for one final appearance – come and get a whistlestop sketch of you, your kids or your pets while you shop. We also have a few other entertainment surprises cued up which we’re looking forward to sharing with you. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.

We’re also asking you to bring along your donations.

We will have a dedicated collection point on Friday for Lifeshare, a local homelessness charity which has been supporting vulnerable people in Greater Manchester for 35 years.

Over the festive period they will be providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for seven days to those with nowhere else to go at Christmas. So they need donations of fresh food including vegetables, fruit, bread, meat, eggs, dry and tinned food.

They’ll also be providing hot showers and a change of clothes for those who come to them. So toiletries are also needed – soaps, gels, shampoos, toothpastes, sanitary products, medical dressings and first aid care – as are warm clothes including hats, gloves, scarves, socks, jumpers and sleeping bags.

Please bring what you can this Friday. If you’re not able to make it to the market you can still help – please do get in touch and we will sort something out with you ahead of our delivery to LifeShare.

Here’s your final stall list of the year.
