University of Manchester Foodie Market – BACK for 2016!

Levy Market @ UoM is back for the summer term!

Starting from Tuesday 12th April, Levenshulme Market and many of its much-loved food traders will be popping up on the University of Manchester campus every Tuesday during term-time for a series of special lunchtime food markets.

Some of you may remember that just before Christmas 2015, we put on a festive foodie feast at the UoM campus, on Bridgeford Street just next to the Manchester Museum. In case you missed it, it was ACE – with lots of incredible food enjoyed by all.

Due to the runaway success of the event, we’ve teamed up with the University of Manchester to throw a weekly food fest every Tuesday during term-time in the same location. If you’re on campus or in town, join us from Tuesday 12th April for street food, snacks, hot drinks, delicious cakes and brownies, plus the chance to buy freshly baked bread and other produce to take home. For all the trader details, keep a close eye on our website and join the Facebook event page for the very first market. We’re on a mission to make Tuesday lunchtimes amazing – DO NOT MISS IT.

Dates, times and location

The market will take place every Tuesday in term-time between 11.30am and 2.30pm on Bridgeford Street, M15 6FH, right next to the Manchester Museum and Oxford Road. The markets will run through the exam period, giving stressed-out students a welcome break, and there will also be two additional markets during graduation on 12th July and 19th July.
