Our first food and drink market of the month will be held on Saturday 8th August 2015, 10am to 4pm, on the Levenshulme train station car park.
It’s our last foodie market of the summer – although we are gearing up for our super-special night market at the end of August, where there will be plenty of delicious nibbles on offer (MORE DETAILS SOON, we promise) – so we’ve really gone to town with our trader line-up.
How does Gujurati samosas, Greek delicacies, gyoza and kimchi, INCREDIBLE gourmet burgers, jerk chicken, wood-fired pizza, Burmese curries and grilled seafood sound? For pud, choose from ice cream waffles, marshmallow caramels, mini cheesecakes and chocolate truffles, plus more of your market staples, cakes and bakes, and fresh produce than ever.
Drop-off point for Burnage Food Bank
If you’re coming to the market for lunch, and you happen to have unwanted but in-date food knocking about, bring it along to the drop-off point at the market and we’ll deliver it to Burnage Foodbank (Trussel Trust) – where it will help people who desperately need it.
